The 2017 OFSAA Ontario high school provincial championships (OFSAA) will be broken down to three classifications ranging from AAA, for schools with the largest populations, down to A.

Each of the different play-downs will commence November 23 and wrap up on November 25, 2017.

This year the AAA classification will take place in Guelph, ON, primarily based out of Centennial CVI located at 289 College Ave West

This year’s AA classification will take place in South River, ON (near Huntsville), based in Almaguin Highlands Secondary School located at 21 Mountainview Road.

This year’s A classification will be based out of O’Gorman High School, in Timmins, ON located at 150 George Ave.

Hopeful participants are now competing in their district playoffs. Each are hopeful for an invite as a representative to their respective classification, as one of the 16 team contestants.

Expect results of which teams have qualified this year to begin to trickle in after November 18.

Note: This year’s classification are similar to last year’s, the first year where the AAAA classification was eliminated.
