JUEL Honours Its Outstanding For 2016

On May 15, 2016, JUEL of Ontario announced their 2016 rep season award winners at their sixth annual League Banquet in Kingston, ON.

As per JUEL commissioner, Fergy Neves, the banquet’s goals are to put aside the divide that comes with the age brackets and uniform names, to toast a hard fought regular season and recognize efforts both on and off the court.

“We honour the work done by every player, coach, manager, and parent during the past season”, said Neves.

“This is a celebration of not only the best female basketball players in the Province, but the best Student Athletes and Community Ambassadors.”

The semi-formal affair recognized past players, and handed out awards to current players and coaches and teams with the following awards in both the JUEL and JUEL Prep leagues (as voted on by the league’s coaches):
