Wallack To Play With Cougars in ‘21
Tara Wallack (4-stars, 6’1″, G/W, BC United/Semiahmoo) of Surrey, BC has verbally committed to Washington State University beginning the Fall of 2021.
Wallack is a 6’1” skilled player with a slender build and is a two-way player. On offence, Wallack can score at all three levels and does a good job in identifying the ideal way to do so. Also a pretty good passer in her own right, distributing the ball and involving teammates into the play is among the ways she keep opponents guessing. As a defender, she is diligent in making use of her length to create problems for opponents in the full court or on the perimeter.
The announcement to join th Cougars will see Wallack reunite with former BC United teammate, Jessica Clarke, who as a part of the Class of 2020, is set to begin school there this Fall. Also, a member of the Canadian National Team, Wallack became the third player from the defending BCSS AAA 3-peat Champions, Semiahmoo Totems, to commit to an NCAA school from the Class of 2021. The other players include Izzy Forsyth and Deja Lee.
