The British Columbia girls high school basketball championships saw a familiar team back on top once again.

The Brookswood Bobcats led by their star Senior Aislinn Konig, won their third B.C. championships in a row as they defeated the RA McMath Wildcats by a convincing 73-50 score.

The Bobcats, of Langley, BC, jumped out to a 14-0 early lead over their Richmond, BC foes, a lead they would never really threaten.

The Bobcats were led in scoring by Konig, who scored 35 points and also added 11 rebounds and 7 assists.

The Wildcats received scoring from Jessica Zawada who led her team with 13 and Jessica Jones with 10 points in the losing cause.

For their efforts as standouts for their respective teams, Konig and Zawada were named Championship Players Of The Game.
