Okubasu (‘22) Now A Bearcat

Ella Okubasu of Toronto, ON has committed to attend Binghamton University in the Fall of 2022.

In attending the Binghamton, NY, America East conference school, Okubasu brings length and a persistent work ethic that aims to constantly improve her game. She is very coachable and is showing signs of returning to her usual self after overcoming an injury that had kept her off court for a significant period of time prior to the early portion of this season.

Having been a part of a winning culture at Crestwood, the Toronto native was a part of the back to back Crestwood OSBA Championship teams that had lost only once in two seasons of league play prior to the COVID shut down of 2020-2021.

Okubasu last played her summer travel basketball with Kia Nurse Elite.
