Radar Worthy: Helena Lasic

Helena Lasic (4-stars, P, DMV Lady Tigers/New Hope Academy, 2022) of Brampton, ON is among the handful of Canadian players that have decided to attend prep school in the States to further their education and round out their on-court development.

Lasic plays a more traditional Post position by establishing in the low Post, disrupting traffic in the paint and collecting rebounds. She has incorporated a competitive edge to her game, which involves her not being intimidated easily and playing physical.

With her ability to run the floor quite well, she needs to be on the radar of any school needs an anchor that can contribute in more ways than one, on both ends of the floor. She become all the more intriguing by taking an extra year to refine her skills, with her reclassification to the Class of 2022.
