Besselink To Play In PAC-12

Maggie Besselink (4.5-stars, 6’2”, F, Holy Cross/Kingston Impact/Kia Nurse Elite) of Kingston, ON has verbally committed to attend Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ in the Fall of 2020.

Besselink length is her advantage assisting in her ability to play several positions, whether on the perimeter or with her back to the basket in the Post. She has a ‘can do’ type of attitude that is willing to do whatever’s asked of her and seemingly gives all that she has within any given situation. She is very comfortable playing on the perimeter distributing the ball or scoring by way of the long ball or using her long strides. She can be an annoying defender, again using her length well to stay in front of her opponents and by blocking shots.

Besselink joins the Sun Devils for play in NCAA’s PAC-12 Conference. There, she will be joining Canadian Taya Hanson, of Kelowna, BC, who is entering into her Sophomore season.
