Morra To Wear Old Gold And Black In Fall of ’18

Christina Morra (4-stars, 6’3″, King’s Christian/Team Ontario) of Oakville, ON has announced her commitment to attend Wake Forest, located in Winston-Salem, NC, for the Fall of 2018.

Morra made the announcement via twitter last night, where she thanked her family, friends and coaches that helped her along the way.

Morra is a hard working 6’3″ player that will likely see a good amount of time in the Post for the Demon Deacons of the ACC (Atlantic Athletic Conference). When playing for King’s Christian she is routinely be found on the perimeter where she has refined several tools, so she can also be confident if she finds herself extended beyond the paint. If she is away from the basket and needing to face up, she does have shooting range and some ability to put the ball on the floor. However, her bread and butter will likely consist of her back to the basket game where she has a good left hand Post move that has shown to be successful.

Morra played on the Team Ontario U17 team that won the Gold Medal at the Canadian Nationals last summer in Regina, SK.
