CROWN Scout Presents A JUEL Weekend
During the April 16-17, 2016 weekend, CROWN Scout along with the JUEL leagues of Ontario will be hosting a NCAA certified event, which will invite NCAA coaches to attend for the first time ever.
The ‘CROWN Scout Presents A JUEL Weekend’ event will take place at Hillfield Strahallan College located at 299 Fennell Avenue West in Hamilton, Ontario. The timing of the event coincides with the recent changes to the NCAA viewing period schedule, which will now allow for the third weekend in April, to go along with the normal fourth weekend in April as well, where NCAA coaches will be permitted to view non-scholastic events.
The CROWN partnership with JUEL for this event, furthers CROWN’s mandate to promote Canada’s top talent, as it has for a decade. This leverages CROWN’s relationships with its NCAA affiliates, to further open doors to increase exposure for players of the teams of the two elite JUEL leagues, which are separated by U16 (JUEL Prep league) and U19 (JUEL league) age categorizations.
The games for this weekend will count towards the regular season standings of the two leagues, so all teams will have that as an added incentive to do their best.
